You can pay with Paypal or payment card.

After ordering, you will receive a mail notification you have placed an order.

Later you will also receive an email with the tracking number. 

If there is no letter, please email me . I will be glad to answer you.

When the package will be shipped and I will have a tracking number you will receive an email with the tracking number. 
If you have not received an email with a track during a week, please check your spam folder. Sometimes automated emails end up there.

!!Even if you don’t receive a tracking number for some reason, you should know that your package is shipped within 3-5 days of purchase, I monitor the process of its full delivery and take action if necessary.

Your package can be tracked on any of the universal sites that track international parcels, e.g. 17track.

I accept returns.

I have been selling my handmade journals and books for about 3 years now and have many positive reviews of them but as a stop, I give every customer the option to return the product if they are not satisfied.
In order for you to have a better idea of the product on most of the journals I make flipping through video reviews (is usually found in the product description) where you can more accurately see the size, filling and each page individually.

If you are not satisfied with the product or another issue, I will give you the money refund –

• full (returned goods and money refund) or
• partly (no needs to return goods and partly money refund). Discussed individually. Email me if you have any issues with your order.

Full refund terms:

• return goods unused and undamaged;
• choose the carrier that provides tracking number;
• I return the money after checking goods.

I choose shipping with a track number. However, there are countries where the shipment may not be tracked. That’s okay.

If you were not at home when your package was first delivered, you can call your post office or order re-delivery online at your postal operator’s website.

International packages usually stay in the post office for 30 days. Then the unclaimed parcel comes back to me.

If any arrived package is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.

If your items didn’t arrive within 2 month, please, contact me.
If the package is officially recognized lost by transport carrie, 100% refund is guaranteed.

Please be aware that some countries impose customs taxes and fees for packages that enter your country. These fees are kept by your government and are outside of your purchase with me.  You can find the information on the official website of government.

Exchanges not available.

I use the same paper, the same fabric. The difference will be in pockets and tags, and other small things.
The overall tone and style of work will be preserved.
My journals are made up of hundreds of small parts. Often these details are in a single copy. That’s why I write that the product will be very similar, as in the photo.

I can personalize your journal.
You can leave personalization details on the ordering page. It’s free to add any simple text or name to your journal.

The cost of a custom order is usually 20-30 %%  more expensive than a regular journal price (discussed individually).

Processing time for custom order takes 2-7 days but individually.
Prepayment 100 %.

In the process you get photos and video of the custom item.
