Lately my journal collection has been getting more and more Alice in Wonderland journals. And the reason for that is that I really fell in love with this fairy tale. It’s a beautiful story about how you have to believe in miracles, in yourself. Of course, it was the Tim Burton film that played a big role here for me. It’s magical.
It made such a strong impression on me that I took up paper again. I got three junk journals at once.
Let’s take a look at them?
I was very surprised by the scene with the doors. I don’t think I’m the only one. That’s the line I was trying to play on the cover. It’s a story where Alice is just about to drink a potion and walk through a door with a magical world.
Another scene is a notebook with Alice in the Kingdom. Of course, it was not without roses, mushrooms (who doesn’t like mushrooms?!) and cups.
And the last journal for today is a crazy tea party. I think this is one of the favorite scenes of many, as well. Crazy dialogues, clattering broken cups, talking about time. It’s beautiful !
